Alghanim Combined is led by a team with deep operational experience across Kuwait's construction sector, from luxury residential to large-scale commercial delivery.
Eng. Ahmad Hassanin
Chief Executive Officer
Eng. Ahmad Hassanin is a civil engineer with 25+ years in Kuwait's construction sector. Previously Managing Director of SEC Group in Kuwait, where he led the Oxygen Health Club in Sabah Al-Salem, large-scale fit-outs for KNCC Cinemas and Al Khiran Mall, and 50+ commercial, hospitality, and luxury private residence projects.
Earlier work at Option One International in Kuwait included the Al-Khalid Residential Tower in Salmiya, a Palace in Salwa, and Sahari Mall in Jahra, winner of the 2010 Best Arabian Property Award in association with Bloomberg Television. He also led delivery of the Four Seasons Hotel Luxor for Talaat Moustafa Group. Certified in project management through Boston University's Corporate Education Center.
