About the role
As a Project Engineer, you'll coordinate the technical and contractual side of our projects from pre-construction through handover, keeping design intent, quality, cost, and schedule aligned. You'll work with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams across our residential, commercial, and large-scale developments in Kuwait.
What you'll do
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts; lead coordination and constructability reviews.
- Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports with the Project Manager.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material approvals with consultants.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, variations, and payment certificates.
- Supervise Site Engineers and coordinate between office and site teams.
- Drive quality, safety, and documentation standards across the project.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; PMP or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in project engineering on residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling tools, and cost control.
- Proven coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities in Kuwait.
- Leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- KSE accreditation preferred; strong English, Arabic is a plus.
