OUR ESG STRATEGY
Developing todayfor a sustainable tomorrow.
Alghanim Combined is committed to driving meaningful change, using our ESG strategy to build a fairer, healthier future for our people, our business, and the environment.
We take responsibility for the people we work with, the communities we build in, and the environment we build on. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to, and the standards we want to help raise across construction in Kuwait.

Environmental
Sustaining the planet.
We build with the long term in mind, from the materials we specify to the methods we use on site.
Materials and Efficiency
We review materials, systems, and methods early to reduce waste and favour durable, efficient choices that perform well over the life of a building.
Innovation
We adopt modern construction methods, digital tools, and better processes that make delivery more efficient, transparent, and predictable.
Governance
Building with integrity.
How we run the business matters as much as what we build.
Quality and Responsibility
We build to last and stand behind what we build, with quality checkpoints at every major stage and a warranty that continues beyond handover.
Integrity and Transparency
We deal openly with clients, partners, and suppliers, and hold ourselves accountable for cost, schedule, and quality.
Work with us
Commitments you can build on.
Every project we take on is held to these commitments. Tell us about yours.

Social
Protecting people.
Our work depends on the people who deliver it and the communities it serves.
Safety and Wellbeing
Everyone on our sites goes home safe. We follow HSE protocols on every project and treat safety as a condition of the work, not an afterthought.
People and Development
We invest in the engineers, site teams, and tradespeople who deliver our work, and in the next generation of builders in Kuwait.
Community
We live and work in the community we build in. We bring a deep understanding of local needs to every project and aim to leave neighbourhoods better than we found them.
