About the role
As a Site Engineer, you'll oversee construction activities on site, making sure every project is delivered to plan, to quality and safety standards, and within budget and schedule. You'll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across our residential, commercial, and large-scale developments in Kuwait.
What you'll do
- Supervise day-to-day site activities, manpower, and subcontractors against approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Carry out quality and safety inspections, enforce HSE regulations, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Monitor progress against schedule and milestones, flagging delays early.
- Manage materials, equipment, and labor on site, coordinating deliveries with procurement.
- Calculate on-site quantities for subcontractor payments and flag potential cost overruns.
- Keep daily reports, inspection logs, and as-built records, reporting to the Project Engineer.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Engineer on residential or commercial projects.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project documentation software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Kuwait project experience and KSE accreditation preferred.
- Strong English; Arabic is a plus.
