About the role
As a Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of our projects end to end, owning schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships from pre-construction to handover and aftercare. You'll lead project teams across our residential, commercial, and large-scale developments in Kuwait.
What you'll do
- Own overall project delivery: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
- Lead project teams, including Project Engineers and Site Engineers, with clear accountability.
- Manage client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships and negotiations.
- Approve variations, claims, and payment certificates; control cost and risk.
- Report progress, forecasts, and issues directly to the Operations Manager.
- Enforce HSE and quality standards at every stage, through handover and aftercare.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; PMP strongly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years' experience, including managing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Strong commercial acumen in contracts, claims, and cost control.
- Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- Kuwait market experience and KSE accreditation preferred.
- Strong English; Arabic is a plus.
